SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer free delivery on all orders from the NO/AN website (excluding possible import taxes, other taxes in the customer’s homeland and custom fees).
Orders will be sent by the Finnish/Belgian Post Office.
We aim to dispatch the orders within 3 business days after the order has been confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address submitted. If you do not receive an order confirmation after 3 business days, please contact us by e-mail or phone.
Normally the time of delivery within European Union is 5 business days after the product has been dispatched. Shipments outside of EU can take up to 2 weeks after dispatching.
NO/AN Studio Oy does not guarantee that all items included in the web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, NO/AN Studio Oy will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail.
NO/AN Studio Oy can not be held responsible for missing packages.
Within the European Union the prices shown on the NO/AN webshop are given in Euros and include the Finnish VAT (value added tax) of 24%.
Outside of the European Union the prices shown on the webshop are given in Euros and exclude the Finnish VAT. Customers outside of the European Union are exempt from Finnish VAT. Outside the EU, custom and import duties and other taxes may be added to the purchase price (0% VAT) and are entirely payable by the customer.
The products remain the property of NO/AN studio Oy until the purchaser has paid the total amount of the order.

Free return during 14 days from the date you receive your order. The products must be returned in good condition in their original packaging. After we have received and accepted the returned products, we will refund following your method of payment. When returning an item, please always fill up the return form.

Please note that the return shipment is paid by the customer.
All online payments on the NO/AN website are secured by SSL.
All NO/AN leather goods are made with high quality natural leather from Portugal and RIRI zippers from Switzerland.
In case of manufacturing defects we will repair the products.
Please note that each natural skin is unique in its own specific colouring and markings. Surface variations are not viewed as defects.
We cannot guarantee that the colors shown on the website are exactly the colors of the actual bags. Color rendering depends on your computer’s settings. We do our best to provide good quality pictures of the products. If you have questions concerning colors please contact us at info(at)noanstudio.com
The bags do not require any regular treatments but in case of stains, you can clean the grain leather with a damp soft cloth. The nubuck leather can be cleaned with a soft brush. We advise you to store your bag in a dry place and not expose it to rain and direct sunlight.
Please note that the light colors will get naturally darker by the time.
